Our cake selection includes:

• Vanilla Cake - Traditional butter cake filled in a rich Italian Buttercream and decorated with a spatula line texture with Italian buttercream borders.

• Chocolate Cake - A fudge like, dense and moist chocolate cake with 3 types of chocolate, coffee and rich eggs. This cake is layered with our chocolate Italian buttercream, drizzled with chocolate ganache, and garnished with pieces of chocolate shavings.

• Italian Cream Cake - A rich and creamy buttermilk cake, flavored with shredded coconut and chopped pecans. Filled with delectable Cream Cheese icing and Iced in Italian Buttercream and wrapped in a chocolate cage.  Garnished with finely chopped pecans.

• Almond Amaretto Cake - This traditional wedding style cake is flavored with almond, glazed with an amaretto liqueur, and iced with a traditional Italian buttercream.
